Short Description:

The hot melt ink rolls produced by our company are designed for many different high speed date code and lot number printing printers that use a stamp attached to a rotating drum that contacts a heated polyurethane roll impregnated with an ink/paraffin formulation. Once the printhead is covered by hot ink, the rotating cylinder deposits the ink mixture on the label or packaging substrate.

At room temperature, the ink roller itself is very hard and dry. However, when the printer is inserted, the reel itself is heated inside the printer, and the ink becomes liquid. Once deposited on the substrate, the ink dries almost immediately and produces permanent and visually readable indicia. The result is a visual date code that is simple and cost effective. Various sizes of thermal ink rollers are available upon request.

This solid ink has high definition, instant drying, printing, strong adhesion, a variety of optional colors, easy replacement, low cost and pollution-free environmental protection.

Compared with liquid printing inks, solid inks are a more advanced printing material. We can not only give customers a variety of choices in color, but also can customize different sizes according to customer requirements, such as 36mm*10mm, 36mm* 16mm, 40mm*40mm, etc.
